He launched his real estate career at Compass on a top-producing, high-volume rentals team, where he managed an extensive portfolio of buildings throughout Manhattan, working directly with developers and landlords. Today, as a member of the Davidson Martin Team at Compass, David puts his dynamic skill set and a decade of city know-how to work for buyers, sellers, and renters.
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, David earned a bachelor's degree in theater and marketing from The University of Tampa. He currently resides on the Upper West Side, where he enjoys the great restaurants and access to Riverside and Central Parks. In his free time, you'll find him exploring the city with friends and family, supporting the arts, and traveling.
